Elite Flooring really is the best. They just finished recarpeting our family room and did the entire upstairs two years ago. The installation is fantastic. And… unlike the “big box” stores, you know the quality of the carpet you are getting. The price is very competitive – if not less – than the big superstores too. A nice showroom with a lot of selections. And finally, they are local and family owned; if you have a problem they will take care of you!! Highly recommend!

Elite floors went above and beyond. We are so happy with our experience with them. They were competitive in pricing with other local businesses and also thorough and professional. We had them do all new floors, painting of all the interior, and painting of kitchen cabinets. Kristin was a great communicator throughout the whole process and was quick to address any questions or concerns. Both teams working on the paint and the floors were very kind and professional as well. They all truly care about doing the job right and you being happy with it when it’s all said and done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. No one will beat their professionalism and customer service. Thank you Elite for making this process so smooth for us! Awful experience. Went in on a Saturday to buy a house of wood floors and the lady couldn’t even tell me pricing. They have these outdated books, some from 2021, that she was searching to find a price on one floor. Never mind that process on several options. What a mess!I’m really surprised they are still in business with how inefficient their business model is. Competing with the large companies like Floor and Decor, the local spots have to be exceptional and this was very far from that. Frustrated and headed to a larger Flooring store.

I want to highly recommend Elite Floors and they just completed our entire house (3200 sq ft in 3 days) and was the week before Christmas so we could actually have people over for the holidays. Their installers were very professional and when they completed they left everything perfect. They even installed wood flooring I purchased elsewhere. You cant go wrong with this company! Trust me I know as they came in and cleaned up what 2 previous fly by night flooring guys screwed up. Thank you Elite Floors!

Elite replaced the flooring and baseboards throughout our home and did an amazing job! The install team had to do a lot of prep work to level out our slab due to previous foundation repairs. They knew their stuff. Our whole experience was positive from start to finish. We will be using them again on future projects.

We were ghosted by a tile installer with a unfinished stone travertine tile job. I called Elite and they sent a tile guy out the next day, and he did a great job. Very pleased with the finished tile work. They have earned our loyalty.

We used Elite Floors for new paint, new floors/carpet, and a remodel job. Randy did a great job with the time and cost estimates (they were on time and on budget). Emmanuel, Thomas, and Christian did an outstanding job with the painting, flooring, and carpentry. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We hired Elite Floors last month to remove carpet and tile on almost the whole first floor and install luxury vinyl plank and new baseboards. Overall, it was a good experience. The project was completed on time and the crew cleaned up well each day. My husband had a couple of small concerns at the end and both were addeessed and fixed promptly. We absolutely love our flooring!

Hired this company for dustless tile removal. This is a big job that I started and realized I didn’t have the proper equipment for. These guys did an excellent job! Plastic and taped rooms off and all kitchen cabinets. They did the whole job in a couple hours and when they finished I swept the floor and didn’t hardly get anything up with the broom. (They clean up well!! Overall very impressed! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I am so very pleased with the end result of my kitchen remodel. I had called a couple of contractors to get an initial bid and they were all close in price. It took me quite a long time to get started on the remodel, and had called them again after some months of waiting. He was the one who returned my call. He got back to me promptly and kept his bid the same even though months had passed by. He used great contractors and completed the job within the time frame I was hoping for, if not sooner than I expected. My remodel included custom cabinets, lighting, backsplash and counters.My kitchen is everything I was hoping for and more. Randy stopped by often to check on the progress, making sure everything was right. I had changed my mind a couple of times throughout the process (added under and over cabinet lighting, different countertops, and added a glaze to the cabinet stain coloring). He was understanding and accomadating of the things I added or changed. He even looked at ways to keep my costs down as much as possible!On time, on budget, a beautiful outcome…what more can I say except thank you for making a girls dream come true!! I love my kitchen!!!

I had hired the company ServPro to install my flooring after am insurance claim and they completely and utterly robbed me. My floor came out terrible and I was devastated. I hired Elite to rip everything up and redo the flooring and it now looks amazing! Would definitely recommend company to anyone. Prices were good and team that came out was very professional and fast.
